April 19, 2020 – Weekly Update

The order of worship, along with a link to listen to the sermon and links for the songs are available on our sermons page. Click here to access it. In an effort to continue our rhythm of weekly Lord’s Day worship together, I encourage you to worship at, or around 10:30am on Sunday.

We will also have our second “Virtual Hymn Sing” Sunday evening at 6PM via Zoom. Micah will also provide this link via email.

As we pray, please continue to pray for:

– Spiritual renewal and for Christ to be exalted in this pandemic. Pray He will pour out His Spirit and draw many to Himself. Pray He will protect His Church and that we will soon be able to gather for worship.

– Pray for all nations and those in positions of authority (1 Tim. 2). Pray for the eradication of the coronavirus throughout the world. Pray for our nation…our President, our Governor, and those in the civil magistrate, that the Lord would give them wisdom to govern well on our behalf.

– Pray for protection and grace for healthcare givers who work at hospitals dealing with COVID-19 patients. Pray also for first responders.

– Pray for small business owners affected by current regulations, especially those in our congregation affected by this.

– Pray for those who are out of work, and in need of employment. Pray for the Lord to provide means to make ends meet.

– Pray for the Lord to heal the afflicted in our community.

– Pray for parents and students, teachers and those learning and working from home.

– Pray for the Lord to give us understanding and insight into His Word, that by the Holy Spirit we will walk in faith and put His Word into action.

For more specific congregation related prayers see the weekly update that is emailed to you.

Don’t forget, just because our weekly corporate worship gathering is on pause, let us not pause our generosity and contributing our tithes and offerings in worship. Click on the image below to give electronically:
